Crafted for Multilingual Minds

We're a small team of indie developers who believe that technology should adapt to people, not the other way around.

Our Story

It started with a simple frustration. As developers working across multiple languages daily, we found ourselves pressing βŒƒ Space countless times β€” interrupting our flow, breaking our concentration, and slowing us down.

We searched for a solution. Some apps came close, but none felt quite right. Too complex, too resource-heavy, or simply unreliable. So, in the spirit of indie development, we built our own.

InputSwitcher was born from a genuine need. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves. We crafted it to be the tool we always wished existed β€” invisible when it works, powerful when you need it.

"The best tools are the ones you forget exist. They just work, seamlessly, in the background β€” giving you back time for what really matters."

β€” Our design philosophy

Our Mission

To eliminate the friction of multilingual computing, one app at a time.

🎯

Solve Real Problems

We focus on genuine pain points experienced by real users, not imaginary problems. Every feature earns its place.

🌐

Global Accessibility

Software should work for everyone, regardless of which languages they speak. We design with the world in mind.

🌱

Sustainable Development

We're building for the long term. Fair pricing supports ongoing development without venture capital pressure.

Our Values

The principles that guide everything we build.

πŸ”’

Privacy First

We believe your data belongs to you. InputSwitcher operates 100% locally β€” no data collection, no tracking, no cloud servers. Your typing habits and workflow stay on your Mac.

⚑

Performance

Built with efficiency in mind. InputSwitcher uses minimal system resources (typically < 20MB RAM, 0% idle CPU) and has no perceptible impact on your Mac's performance.

🌍

Global Mindset

Created by multilingual developers, for multilingual users. We understand the pain of switching languages because we live it every day. 8 languages and counting.

✨

Simplicity

Complex problems deserve elegant solutions. InputSwitcher just works β€” set your rules once and forget about manual switching forever. No clutter, no complexity.

🀝

User-Centric

Every feature is inspired by real user needs. We listen to feedback, respond to support requests personally, and continuously improve based on your suggestions.

πŸ’Ž

Quality

We're indie developers who take pride in our craft. Every detail matters β€” from pixel-perfect UI to reliable switching logic. We ship software we'd want to use ourselves.

We're a small, distributed team of developers who share a passion for crafting tools that make people's lives easier.

We wear many hats. Our team handles everything from development and design to customer support and documentation. This keeps us close to users and ensures every decision is made with care.

We're globally distributed. Working across multiple time zones gives us firsthand experience with the multilingual workflows we're solving for. We use InputSwitcher every day β€” we're our own biggest users.

We're indie by choice. No investors, no complex corporate structure. Just developers building software they believe in. This means we can focus on quality over growth metrics, user satisfaction over engagement hacks.
